What sort of casino this is
LolaJack is an online casino with a wide pokies lobby, a live dealer section, a crypto-friendly cashier and a promotions calendar built around four welcome deposits and repeating reloads. It targets an international audience: the site runs in 17 languages, from Czech, Greek and Finnish to Polish, Portuguese and Chinese, and accounts can be held in AUD, CAD, CHF, CZK, EUR, HUF, NOK, NZD, PLN, SGD or USD.
Being able to open an AUD account doesn’t make it an Australian-licensed service. Under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001, online casino services may not be offered to people in Australia, and our licence and legal page explains what that means. The record covers the casino only; we have no evidence of a sportsbook, so this guide doesn’t describe one.
The lobby

CasinoGuard has no Australia-specific scan, so we rely on the global record, in which CasinoGuard counted 5,995 games from 61 studios. The biggest catalogues belong to Spinomenal (816), Foxi (542), Yggdrasil (515) and Amusnet (392), followed by Tada Gaming, BGaming, Flatdog and Amatic. The lobby grows or shrinks by country: 10,574 games in Canada, 12,772 in Italy, 13,321 in Poland and 15,317 in Finland, where Playtech and Pragmatic titles turn up. Pokies spotted on the site include Book of Ra, Big Bass Splash, Le Zeus and Sugar Rush 1000, though availability varies. Live studios in the global record are SA Gaming and Lucky Streak.
Promotions and the VIP ladder
Eight promotions appear in every geo record. The welcome package and its crypto twin cover the first four deposits, followed by weekly and weekend reloads in both fiat and crypto. Two cashback schemes — weekly live cashback and daily cashback — only open at VIP level 11, the start of the Glacier tier, and both have to be activated before they count. The five tiers are Ember, Frost, Glacier, Blaze and Supreme, and each also sets your withdrawal ceiling. Our promotions page has the complete terms for every offer.
The cashier

The global cashier snapshot, recorded in EUR, shows 17 deposit and 18 withdrawal options. Card deposits run €10–2,000, Bitcoin €30–5,000 and other crypto €10–5,000. Withdrawals by bank transfer run €10–5,000, by card €10–3,000 and by Bitcoin €60–5,000. Some countries get extras — Interac® in Canada, Revolut in Finland, Italy and Poland, Skrill and Neteller in a few markets — but there’s no Australian snapshot to confirm local methods. Skrill and Neteller don’t qualify for the welcome or crypto reload bonuses. No processing times are published, and we don’t estimate them.
Who runs it
This is the least satisfying answer on the page. The operator, licence owner, representative and payment processor are all listed as not disclosed. On the plus side, the terms are versioned and dated (v1.12, 19 August 2026) and name Live Chat and support@lolajack.com as the support channels. Desktop access was geo-blocked from several vantage points, numbered mirror domains are in use, and in Australia ACMA directs internet providers to block offshore casino sites. The licence page explains what that means and how to check a seal yourself.
About this guide
lolajack.ad is an independent information guide. It isn’t the casino, it isn’t the casino’s official site, and it isn’t run by or affiliated with the operator. We don’t take deposits, hold accounts or answer for the casino’s decisions. Our job is to describe the casino accurately, weak spots included, so you can make up your own mind.
How we check what we publish
- A single source of numbers. Every figure comes from CasinoGuard’s public record, scanned on 5 November 2026, or from the casino’s terms v1.12 as captured there, using the AUD tables where the terms provide them.
- Nothing made up. Where something isn’t published, such as payout times or the licence, we say so rather than estimate.
- Dated checks. Every page shows when it was checked, so you can judge how current it is.
- Honest caveats. Cons sit next to pros in every review, and the full review scores the casino 8.3 out of 10 with its weakest area, transparency, shown openly.
What we can’t verify
Being upfront about limits is part of being independent. We can’t confirm how fast withdrawals are processed, because no times are published. We can’t verify a licence, because none is disclosed in a checkable form. We don’t test games for fairness or audit RTP figures, and we don’t open real-money accounts. When readers share experiences on the reviews page, we check their claims against the record but can’t confirm individual cases. When the record changes, we update the page and its check date.
Corrections and complaints
If you notice an error or an out-of-date figure, email complaints@lolajack.ad with the page address and what you think is wrong. That’s an email address only — there’s no contact form. We can’t fix account problems with the casino; for those, contact its support via Live Chat or support@lolajack.com.
