The key bonus terms, decoded in plain English

Six clauses from the casino’s General and Bonus terms — version 1.12, dated 19 August 2026 — decide most bonus outcomes. Here’s what each one says and what it means once you’re playing, in Australian dollars.

The six clauses that matter most

Each card gives the rule as written and what it does in practice. The full walk-through follows below.

01

20x deposit + bonus in 10 days

Bet twenty times the deposit and bonus combined within 10 days. A A$150 deposit with a A$150 bonus needs A$6,000 of bets.

02

Max bet A$150

While a bonus is active, no single bet may go over A$150. Breaking the rule can put your bonus winnings at risk.

03

Cash-out capped at 10x the bonus

However much you win on bonus funds, the most you can withdraw from that bonus is ten times its amount.

04

Free-spin winnings at 40x

Wins from free spins are credited as bonus money with their own 40x wagering before you can withdraw them.

05

Skrill and Neteller excluded

Deposits made with these e-wallets don’t qualify for the welcome package or the crypto reload bonuses.

06

One bonus; a withdrawal cancels it

Only one bonus can run at a time, and requesting a withdrawal before wagering is finished wipes the bonus.

Know the rules, then decide

If the rules suit the way you play, the offers can be worthwhile. If not, playing without a bonus is a perfectly reasonable choice.

Which terms this page covers

This page explains the casino’s General and Bonus terms, version 1.12, updated 19 August 2026, as captured in CasinoGuard’s record of 5 November 2026. AUD amounts are taken from the terms’ own currency tables. Having a version number and a date is handy: in a dispute you can quote the exact wording that applied when you played. Terms change, so check the version shown on the casino’s site before claiming anything. This is a plain-English reading, not legal advice, and the casino’s own wording prevails. It also isn’t a suggestion that the service is lawfully available in Australia — under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001, it isn’t.

20x on deposit plus bonus, within 10 days

20x on deposit plus bonus, within 10 days

The welcome package and its crypto twin carry 20x wagering on the deposit plus the bonus, to be finished within 10 days. What gets multiplied matters more than the multiplier.

Welcome stepExample depositBonusTurnover at 20x
1st: 100%A$150A$150A$6,000
2nd: 100%A$300A$300A$12,000
3rd: 50%A$300A$150A$9,000
4th: 150%A$100A$150A$5,000

On the third step, a A$150 bonus needs A$9,000 of bets — sixty times the bonus. Other offers work differently: the weekend reload is 35x deposit plus bonus, and the crypto reloads are 30x the bonus only. See how these stack up against market norms on our comparison page.

The A$150 maximum bet

While any bonus is active, no single bet may exceed A$150 on an AUD balance (114 USDT on the crypto welcome). The rule stops players clearing wagering with a handful of huge stakes, and it covers every spin and every hand until wagering is done or the bonus is gone. The safest habit is to set your stake well under the limit and leave it there, because one accidental big bet can be enough for the casino to question your bonus winnings.

Cash-out capped at 10x the bonus

Cash-out capped at 10x the bonus

Winnings from a bonus are capped at ten times the bonus amount. A A$150 bonus can produce no more than A$1,500 of withdrawable winnings from that bonus, whatever the balance says. Most players never get near the cap, but on a big win it bites — and it sits on top of your tier’s withdrawal ceiling of A$750 a day at Ember and Frost.

Free-spin winnings at 40x

The welcome package adds up to 400 free spins over four deposits, and the reloads add more. Winnings from those spins aren’t cash: they’re credited as bonus funds with 40x wagering. Weekly reload spins must be used within 7 days, and their winnings are capped at A$75 (up to 50 spins) or A$150 (more than 50 spins). The spins are played on a pokie the casino chooses, at minimum stake.

Skrill and Neteller deposits don’t qualify

The terms exclude Skrill and Neteller from the welcome package and the crypto reload bonuses. In the cashiers CasinoGuard recorded, these wallets show up in Canada (as SKRL and NTLR) and in Finland and Italy. They’re fine for ordinary play, but if you want a bonus, use an eligible method such as a card or crypto for that deposit. A bonus missed this way is unlikely to be added later.

One bonus at a time, and withdrawals cancel it

  • Claim first. A bonus has to be claimed before you bet with the deposit.
  • One at a time. You can’t hold two active bonuses; the next waits until the first is finished or forfeited.
  • Withdrawal cancels. Asking for a withdrawal while a bonus is active voids the bonus and its winnings.
  • Opt in for reloads. Weekly, weekend and crypto reloads need you to opt in before depositing.

How the clauses interact

The clauses rarely work alone. Picture a A$150 first deposit with a A$150 bonus. You have to bet A$6,000 within 10 days, never more than A$150 a spin, on eligible games. If you finish with A$2,000 from the bonus, the 10x cap limits what you can withdraw from it to A$1,500. If you’re at Ember, that A$1,500 still comes out at no more than A$750 a day. Request a withdrawal halfway through and the bonus is cancelled instead.

Seen this way, the offer is neither a trap nor free money. It’s a set of rules that rewards patient, low-stakes play and punishes impatience. If that isn’t how you play, turning the bonus down keeps your deposit clear of all six clauses.

Before you claim

Work out the turnover in dollars, check you can realistically hit it within 10 days at stakes under A$150, and decide beforehand whether you’d rather play without a bonus. FAQ

What Aussie readers ask

What does 20x deposit plus bonus mean in dollars?

Add the deposit and bonus together, then multiply by 20. That’s the total you need to bet before bonus funds can be withdrawn. A A$100 deposit with a 100% match gives A$200 × 20, or A$4,000 of bets, to be finished within 10 days. On the 50% third step, the same rule works out to sixty times the bonus, which makes it the hardest step to clear.

What happens if I bet more than A$150 with a bonus?

The terms set a A$150 maximum bet on AUD balances while a bonus is active. A bigger bet breaks the bonus rules, and the casino may treat any resulting winnings as invalid. The limit applies to every bet until wagering is complete. Setting your stake well below A$150 and not changing it mid-session is the easiest way to stay inside it.

Can I withdraw before the wagering is done?

You can ask to withdraw your own real-money balance, but doing so while a bonus is active cancels the bonus and any winnings from it. If you want to keep the bonus, finish the wagering first; if you’d rather have the money, accept that the bonus goes. Either way, the daily withdrawal ceiling for your VIP tier still applies.
