Login guide

Five steps to sign in

Follow them in order the first time; after that, a bookmark does most of the work.

  1. 1

    Start from a known address

Type the primary domain listed in the section below yourself or use a bookmark you created. Avoid links from unsolicited emails, messages or ads.

  2. 2

    Check the address bar

Before entering a password, confirm the domain is the primary domain or one of the three confirmed mirrors listed in the section below.

  3. 3

    Open the login form

Use the log-in button on the site and enter the email and password you registered with. Check caps lock if it is refused.

  4. 4

    Handle a geo-block honestly

If desktop shows 403 “geo-blocked”, the casino does not accept visitors from that location. Do not use a VPN to get around it.

  5. 5

    Reset or ask support

Use the password reset link, or contact Live Chat or the casino’s support email from your registered address if you remain locked out.

Ready to sign in?

Check the domain against the list above before you type a password, and stop if anything looks unfamiliar.

The confirmed addresses

According to CasinoGuard’s record of 5 November 2026, the casino’s primary domain is lolajack.com, and three numbered mirrors are confirmed:

  • lj53--lolajack.com
  • lj98--lolajack.com
  • ll92--lolajack.com

Mirrors are ordinary for offshore casinos. They let the same site stay reachable when one address is blocked or filtered. The double hyphen and the number are part of the real address. Anything that looks similar but differs, such as a different number, a single hyphen, an extra word or another ending, should be treated as a possible copy until support confirms it in writing.

Why the address bar matters most

Why the address bar matters most

Phishing copies of casino sites usually look identical to the real thing. The address bar is the one place they cannot fake. Before you type a password:

  1. Read the full domain, not just the start of it.
  2. Check that the padlock icon is present and the connection is secure.
  3. Make sure you arrived by typing the address or from your own bookmark.

If you were sent to the page by an email promising a bonus, close it and go in through your bookmark instead. Genuine offers will be visible in your account.

Redirects you may see

CasinoGuard’s access checks found different behaviour by location. From Canada and Finland the desktop site was available directly. From Italy, desktop visitors were redirected to the ll92 mirror, and from Poland to the lj98 mirror. On mobile, from the global, UK and Netherlands vantage points, visitors were redirected with an HTTP 307 to a numbered mirror. A redirect to one of the three confirmed mirrors is expected behaviour. A redirect anywhere else is not.

Seeing a 403 “geo-blocked” page

Seeing a 403 “geo-blocked” page

From the global rest-of-world, UK and Netherlands vantage points, the desktop site answered 403 “geo-blocked” on the day of the check. That is the casino declining visitors from that location. It is not an error you should work around.

We do not recommend using a VPN or proxy to bypass a geo-block. It can breach the casino’s terms, lead to a closed account and put any winnings at risk, and it removes the protections that apply in your country. If the site is blocked where you live, the honest reading is that it is not intended for players there. Our troubleshooting page covers this in more detail.

Forgotten password or locked account

Use the password reset option on the login form and follow the link sent to your registered email. Reset links should arrive from the casino’s own domain; ignore any that do not. If several failed attempts lock the account, or the reset email never arrives, contact support through Live Chat or by writing to the casino’s support email from the email address on the account. Never share your password with anyone, including someone who says they are support.

Keeping the account secure

  • Use a unique password you do not use anywhere else.
  • Store the confirmed addresses as bookmarks on each device.
  • Log out on shared or public devices.
  • Check your transaction history after each session.
  • Keep your registered email account secure, since it controls password resets.

Signing in on mobile

On a phone you may never see the primary domain at all. CasinoGuard found that mobile visitors from several regions were redirected with an HTTP 307 to a numbered mirror. That is fine as long as the mirror is one of the three confirmed addresses. Once you have arrived safely, add the page to your home screen or bookmarks so that you return the same way next time, instead of searching for the casino and clicking whatever result appears first. Search ads and look-alike results are a common route to phishing pages.

If the mobile site loads but the login form will not accept your details, clear the browser cache, try another browser, and check that your device date and time are correct. Then use the password reset before contacting support.

If something looks wrong

Stop and do not enter your password if the address is unfamiliar, the page asks for card details before you have logged in, or a pop-up demands an urgent payment to “unlock” an account. Close the tab, return via a bookmark, and report the address to support so they can confirm whether it is genuine.

Before you play

Signing in is the easy part. Before you deposit, read the clauses most likely to affect you: 20x wagering on deposit plus bonus within 10 days, a €100 maximum bet while a bonus is active, and the exclusion of Skrill and Neteller deposits from the welcome offers. Our terms explainer sets them out plainly, and the promotions page lists every offer. When you are ready, go to the casino. You must be 18 or over, and a deposit limit is worth setting on day one.

FAQ

Questions readers ask

Which addresses are genuine?

CasinoGuard’s record of 5 November 2026 confirms the primary domain and three numbered mirrors listed in the first section of this guide. The double hyphen and number are part of the real address. Treat any other look-alike as suspect, and confirm it with the casino’s support in writing before entering a password or making a deposit.

Why does the desktop site show 403?

On 5 November 2026 the desktop site answered 403 “geo-blocked” from the global rest-of-world, UK and Netherlands vantage points. The casino is declining visitors from that location. We do not recommend a VPN or proxy to get around it: that can breach the terms, lead to account closure and put winnings at risk. If the site is blocked where you are, it is not meant for players there.

I was redirected to another domain. Is that safe?

A redirect to one of the three confirmed mirrors is expected. CasinoGuard saw desktop visitors from Italy sent to the ll92 mirror and from Poland to the lj98 mirror, while mobile visitors in several regions were redirected to a numbered mirror. If you land on any other address, close the tab, return through your own bookmark and ask support to confirm the address.

Who do I contact if I cannot log in?

Try the password reset link first. If that fails, contact the casino’s Live Chat or email support@lolajack.com from the address registered on your account, and describe what happens when you try to sign in. This guide is independent and cannot access or unlock accounts. For corrections to our pages, email complaints@lolajack.ad.
