Login guide

Five steps to sign in safely

They apply to any existing account. If you are in the UK, read step four first.

  1. 1

    Start from a known address

Type the primary domain listed in the section below yourself or use a bookmark you created. Avoid links from unsolicited emails, messages or ads.

  2. 2

    Check the address bar

Before entering a password, confirm the domain is the primary domain or one of the three confirmed mirrors listed in the section below.

  3. 3

    Open the login form

Use the log-in button on the site and enter the email and password you registered with. Check caps lock if it is refused.

  4. 4

    Respect a geo-block

If desktop shows 403 “geo-blocked” — as it did from the UK — the casino does not accept visitors from that location. Do not use a VPN, proxy or mirror to get round it.

  5. 5

    Reset or ask support

Use the password reset link, or contact Live Chat or the casino’s support email from your registered address if you remain locked out.

Before you sign in

Check the domain against the list above before you type a password. If you are in the UK, remember the casino is not shown as UKGC-licensed and blocks UK desktop visitors.

The confirmed addresses

According to CasinoGuard’s record of 5 November 2026, the casino’s primary domain is lolajack.com, and three numbered mirrors are confirmed:

  • lj53--lolajack.com
  • lj98--lolajack.com
  • ll92--lolajack.com

We list them so you can recognise copies, not as a way round a block. The double hyphen and the number are part of the real address. Anything that looks similar but differs, such as a different number, a single hyphen, an extra word or another ending, should be treated as a possible phishing copy.

Why the address bar matters most

Why the address bar matters most

Phishing copies of casino sites usually look identical to the real thing. The address bar is the one place they cannot fake. Before you type a password:

  1. Read the full domain, not just the start of it.
  2. Check that the padlock icon is present and the connection is secure.
  3. Make sure you arrived by typing the address or from your own bookmark.

If you were sent to the page by an email promising a bonus, close it. Genuine offers will be visible in your account.

What happens from the UK

CasinoGuard’s access checks found different behaviour by location. From the UK vantage point the desktop site answered 403 “geo-blocked”, while mobile visitors were redirected with an HTTP 307 to a numbered mirror. The global rest-of-world and Netherlands checks gave the same result. Elsewhere — Canada and Finland, for example — the desktop site opened directly.

The mobile redirect does not change what the desktop block tells you. The casino is not shown as UKGC-licensed, and a UK geo-block means it is not set up to serve UK players. GAMSTOP, UK dispute resolution and the other UK protections would not apply.

Seeing a 403 “geo-blocked” page

Seeing a 403 “geo-blocked” page

A 403 is the casino declining visitors from your location. It is not an error you should work around.

Do not use a VPN, proxy or mirror address to bypass a geo-block. It can breach the casino’s terms, lead to a closed account and put any winnings at risk, and it removes the protections that apply in the UK. If the site is blocked where you live, the honest reading is that it is not intended for players there. UK readers who want to play online should choose a UKGC-licensed site. Our troubleshooting page covers this in more detail.

Forgotten password or locked account

Use the password reset option on the login form and follow the link sent to your registered email. Reset links should arrive from the casino’s own domain; ignore any that do not. If several failed attempts lock the account, or the reset email never arrives, contact support through Live Chat or by writing to the casino’s support email from the email address on the account. Never share your password with anyone, including someone who says they are support.

Keeping an account secure

  • Use a unique password you do not use anywhere else.
  • Store the confirmed addresses as bookmarks so you can recognise copies.
  • Log out on shared or public devices.
  • Check your transaction history after each session.
  • Keep your registered email account secure, since it controls password resets.

On mobile

On a phone you may never see the primary domain at all: CasinoGuard found that mobile visitors from several regions, including the UK, were redirected with an HTTP 307 to a numbered mirror. If you land on an address that is not one of the three confirmed mirrors, close it — search ads and look-alike results are a common route to phishing pages.

For UK readers, a mobile page loading is not a sign that the casino accepts UK players; the desktop block and the lack of a UKGC licence say otherwise. If the login form will not accept your details on an existing account, clear the browser cache, check your device date and time, and use the password reset before contacting support.

If something looks wrong

Stop and do not enter your password if the address is unfamiliar, the page asks for card details before you have logged in, a pop-up demands an urgent payment to “unlock” an account, or anyone suggests a VPN to get in. Close the tab and report the address to support so they can confirm whether it is genuine.

Before you go further

Signing in is the easy part. Before any deposit, read the clauses most likely to affect you: 20x wagering on deposit plus bonus within 10 days — twice the UKGC cap — a €100 maximum bet while a bonus is active, and the exclusion of Skrill and Neteller deposits from the welcome offer. Our terms explainer sets them out plainly, and the licence page explains the UK status. If you go to the casino, you must be 18 or over, and a deposit limit is worth setting on day one.

FAQ

Questions UK readers ask

Which addresses are genuine?

CasinoGuard’s record of 5 November 2026 confirms the primary domain and three numbered mirrors listed in the first section of this guide. The double hyphen and number are part of the real address. Treat any other look-alike as suspect. We list the addresses to help you spot phishing copies, not to help anyone get round a geo-block.

Why does the desktop site show 403 from the UK?

On 5 November 2026 the desktop site answered 403 “geo-blocked” from the UK vantage point. The casino is declining visitors from the UK, and it is not shown as UKGC-licensed. Do not use a VPN or proxy to get around it: that can breach the terms, lead to account closure and put winnings at risk, and it takes you outside UK protections such as GAMSTOP.

My phone was redirected to another domain. Does that mean the UK is allowed?

No. CasinoGuard saw mobile visitors from the UK redirected to a numbered mirror, but the desktop site was geo-blocked from the UK and the casino is not shown as UKGC-licensed. A redirect is not permission. If you land on an address that is not one of the three confirmed mirrors, close the tab, because it may be a phishing copy.

Who do I contact if I cannot log in?

Try the password reset link first. If that fails, contact the casino’s Live Chat or email support@lolajack.com from the address registered on your account, and describe what happens when you try to sign in. This guide is independent and cannot access or unlock accounts. For corrections to our pages, email complaints@lolajack.ad.
