More games than I can try
The lobby is huge and filtering by studio is the only sane way to browse it. I found Yggdrasil and Spinomenal titles I had never seen on UK sites. That said, I know it isn’t UKGC-licensed, so I kept it to a look around.

Cashback is real, but not for beginners
The daily cashback only starts at VIP level 11, so for a new account there is nothing to claim. Once you reach Glacier it has to be activated in My Bonuses each time or it just sits there.

Good live section
The live section has enough roulette and baccarat for me, and the weekly reload spins are a nice extra. The lack of a pound balance is the obvious downside for anyone in the UK.

Geo-block made it clear
On desktop I got a 403 geo-block, and my phone was sent to a numbered mirror. I took the block at face value — if a site doesn’t serve the UK and isn’t on the UKGC register, I’m not going to work round it.

Clear terms, demanding wagering
The terms have a version number and a date, which I liked. But 20x on deposit plus bonus within 10 days is twice what UK sites can ask now. I’d rather stick with the 10x cap at home.

Read the KYC section first
Readers here mention ID and proof of address before a first payout, with no timeframe given. Combined with no published payout times, that is worth knowing before anyone deposits.

Impressive catalogue
As a lobby it is one of the biggest I have browsed — Hacksaw and Red Tiger alongside dozens of smaller studios. The guide’s note that GAMSTOP doesn’t cover offshore sites was a useful reality check.

Daily cap slows big wins
The €500 a day cap at the entry tiers would turn a decent win into a week of withdrawals, and in euros rather than pounds. Nothing wrong with publishing it, but it’s a real limit.
Make up your own mind
Reader experiences vary. Check the bonus terms and the UK status yourself — the casino is not shown as UKGC-licensed.
This page gathers reviews submitted by readers of this guide. We are an independent information site, not the casino and not its official site, and the casino has no say over what appears here. Reviews are moderated before publication: we remove abuse, personal data, referral links and anything that looks like a promotion in disguise. We do not edit star ratings, and we publish critical reviews alongside positive ones. We also leave out any review that encourages getting round a geo-block.
Because reviews are not tied to verified accounts, we read every submission against the documented facts. When a reader describes a bonus, a limit or a payment method, we check it against CasinoGuard’s record of the casino (scanned 5 November 2026) and the operator’s T&Cs, version 1.12. Where a claim contradicts the record, we either add a note or leave the review out.
What readers like
The most common praise is for the size of the lobby. The GB record counts 8,572 games from 82 providers, and readers describe a catalogue with Hacksaw Gaming and Red Tiger alongside Spinomenal, Foxi and Yggdrasil. Several reviewers mention filtering by studio as the easiest way to find their way around.
A smaller group praises the documentation. The T&Cs carry a version number and a date, and readers who had a question about a bonus say they could point to the exact clause. The 25% live cashback at 1x wagering also gets positive mentions from readers who understand the VIP gate.
The frictions readers report
Critical reviews cluster around five points, all of which match the documented record:
No UKGC licence. UK readers most often raise the fact that the casino is not shown as licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, so GAMSTOP, the 10x wagering cap and UK dispute routes do not apply.
Cashback is gated. Both the 25% weekly Live Cashback and the Daily Cashback are reserved for VIP levels 11 to 25, starting at the Glacier tier, and the amount must be activated in My Bonuses before it counts.
No GBP, and daily caps. GBP is not an account currency, and at the Ember and Frost tiers withdrawals are capped at €500 a day and €5,000 a month.
Verification before the first payout. Readers describe ID and proof-of-address checks; the record does not publish processing times.
Desktop geo-block from the UK. The desktop site returned a 403 from the UK, and mobile was redirected to a numbered mirror. Our troubleshooting guide explains why that block should be respected.
A few readers also mention that 20x wagering on deposit plus bonus is double the UKGC cap, and that Skrill and Neteller deposits do not qualify for the welcome package.
Reading reviews with care
Star ratings tell you how someone felt, not necessarily what the rules are. A five-star review written after a lucky session and a one-star review written after a voided bonus can both be sincere and still be unhelpful to you. We suggest reading the reviews that describe a specific rule or process and comparing them with the documented terms.
For UK readers, no review changes the basic facts: the casino is not shown as UKGC-licensed, and its terms — 20x on deposit plus bonus within 10 days, a €100 maximum bet with an active bonus, a withdrawal request that voids an active bonus — sit outside UK rules. Our promotions page sets those rules out offer by offer, and the in-depth review explains how we scored each area.
Submitting your own review
If you have experience of the casino and want to share it, you can email your review to complaints@lolajack.ad. Please include a star rating from one to five, a short title, your city and the month. Do not send account numbers, screenshots of documents or any personal data. We publish a selection of submissions after moderation.
We cannot resolve account problems or disputes with the casino. For those, contact the operator directly through Live Chat or support@lolajack.com, and keep a written record of the exchange.
Play safely
Whatever other players report, set your own limits and stick to them. Gambling is for adults aged 18 and over. If it stops being fun, free and confidential support is available from GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, and from BeGambleAware. GAMSTOP lets you self-exclude from UK-licensed sites — it does not cover offshore casinos like this one. If you visit the casino at all, read the current terms and the UK status first.

FAQ
Questions UK readers ask
Are these reviews from verified players?
No. They are reader submissions sent to this independent guide and moderated by us. They are not linked to verified casino accounts or purchases, and they do not come from the casino. We check the facts each reviewer mentions, such as bonus terms, limits and payment methods, against CasinoGuard’s record and the T&Cs version 1.12, and we leave out claims that contradict the documented terms.
Why do UK readers keep mentioning the licence?
Because the casino is not shown as licensed by the UK Gambling Commission. That means UK protections — GAMSTOP self-exclusion, the 10x bonus wagering cap in force since 19 January 2026, the ban on credit cards and crypto, and access to UK dispute resolution — do not apply to it. The desktop site was also geo-blocked from the UK on 5 November 2026.
Why do some readers say cashback did not appear?
Both cashback offers are reserved for VIP levels 11 to 25, which begin at the Glacier tier, so newer accounts are not eligible. Both also require opt-in, and the credited amount appears in My Bonuses, where it must be activated before it can be used. Readers who skipped that step report missing their credit. Once activated, the cashback carries only 1x wagering.
Can I post a negative review?
Yes. We publish critical reviews alongside positive ones and do not change star ratings. We only remove abuse, personal data, referral links, advice on getting round geo-blocks and claims that clearly contradict the documented terms. Email your review to complaints@lolajack.ad with a rating, a short title, your city and the month. We cannot settle disputes with the casino on your behalf.
